This bill establishes a 30-year statutory mandatory minimum prison term for the following federal sexual abuse offenses:
causing another person to engage in a sexual act by using force against that person or by threatening or placing that person in fear,
engaging in or attempting to engage in a sexual act with another person by rendering the other person unconscious or intoxicated,
causing or attempting to cause another person to engage in a sexual act by threatening or placing that person in fear,
